Buck has 28 years experience as a potter. He has recently moved to the Vernon area, after maintaining a studio in California. He is influenced by the visual styles of Japan, and has spent time in Japan studying. Throughout his career he has also been influenced by the functional ware from England.
He enjoys focusing on functional pottery and feels that usefulness of objects has always had its own beauty.
